lol i dont know about ripped. depends on your definition of "ripped". I do agree to do aerobic/cardio training before anything else though.

I just returned to my old gym after almost a whole year and ran into some familiar faces. some made progress and some guys look exactly the same a year ago. dont be that guy. i say this because they are all around 220 with a gut and i always see them do the same 3 exercises. bench press, preacher curls, dumbell shoulder press. they look like f'in morons yet they walk around the gym with their gut and chest puffed out.

but you being 6'3 and 215 is almost a great weight man. like team soy was saying you just need to tone and turn some of the fat into muscle mass. lose a few pounds and with your height you'll start to feel real confident with your results early on i bet.

Love it when people say fat turns into muscle ROFL . FAT DOES NOT TURN INTO MUSCLE.
