| So I'm just getting my fat ass back in the gym again. Past week or so I been doing alot of cardio cause I want to get down to my ideal weight before I start hitting the weights. I don't really want to bulk up, I really just want that cut lean look. Anyone got any suggestions on what I can do? |

| what's your weight goal? height? if you're trying to cut down, start doing a lot of cardio, jumping, running, jogging, and as for weights, start out at lower weights and a lot of reps for triceps, biceps, shoulders, back, w.e , I don't need to mention what you should eat right? lol i've been trying to cut down too, don't spend 3 hours at the gym try to limit your exercises to like 3 or 4 for w.e you're working out.. |

| Well I'm a little heavy right now. I'm 6'1 and 210 trying to get down to right around 190 or below. I found a few links off bodybuilding.com for routines and shit. | 6'1 210 heavy?!?!? ffffuuu I am 6'3'' 215 and trying to gain more. Everything here is perfect, your main goal is to stick to aerobic training and calisthenics. You will get ripped in no time with the proper diet and nutrients (where most of your gains come from)

| just stick to protein, vegetables, fruits, and drink water lol i know that shit is hard but once you get the hang of it and stay committed you will see results in no time |

| I say 210 is heavy cause I use to weight like 170 at one point in time and got up to 235! It was all fat though. That's why I said I'd be happy if I got to around the 190 area. So you guys are saying my weight now is good and I should try to cut now rather then loosing more weight? Totally off subject but I was reading about cell tech earlier. Anybody ever used it? | yeah im 6"3 180. BB.com is your friend, just go on a good split, do lots of cardio and light weight work outs combined with a good diet and lots of protien(order some products from BB). That should get you to cut weight and lean out.

| It's all about diet. If you don't care about getting stronger, you can do cardio and eat properly and lose a ton of weight. Food is the main thing though, you can lose the weight without touching the gym, or work out every day and not lose anything if you aren't eating right. Get your diet on track and you will easily hit whatever you want to do. Light lifting and whatever cardio you prefer will get you going.

| i agree about diet being the most important thing for getting in better shape. I have lost about 20 lbs over the last 6-8 months just by eating less junk food snacks and watching portion control. I still eat all the same foods, cheeseburgers, pizza, lots of beer, etc... but i just eat a little bit less of it. i only drink one soda per day, the rest water. i am 6'1" and i did weigh 200lbs, and i was not in shape, had a spare tire around the middle and was starting to grow man tits... not good. everyones body shape is different, and now that im down to 180, i feel and look like im at the right healthy weight for me. |
